- Primary Responsibilities:
- Establish, coordinate, and execute PMO activities, including portfolio tracking, milestone monitoring, risk and issue management, and governance compliance
- Collaborate with global, cross-functional engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to define project requirements, plan resources, and drive execution
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, templates, status reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs)



to provide visibility to stakeholders and leadership
- Partner with cloud architects and technical leads to plan and execute seamless migration paths to public or hybrid cloud environments
- Coordinate PLM upgrade projects, managing testing cycles, deployment tasks, and post-production validation to minimize operational disruption
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and bottlenecks, developing proactive contingency plans to keep initiatives on track
- Drive continuous improvement by establishing standard PMO processes, sharing best practices, and mentoring junior project management staff
- Delivery Management: Ensuring timely delivery and management of upgrades of various PLM (Project Lifecycle Management) projects/products like Oracle, Java, BI Tools, WAS, MySQL, MS SQL Server, etc
- Team & Resource Management: Hiring, Appraisals, Retention, Resource Pyramid Management, Travels, Trainings, Team motivation, and strong team co
