About the Role
We're looking for a Software Development Engineer III (Backend) to own the architecture and evolution of the interoperability platform that powers secure healthcare data exchange across our products. You'll lead mission-critical integrations connecting EMR/EHR systems, practice management platforms, laboratories, payers, and external partners — and shape the long-term technical strategy for how that data moves.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who combines deep healthcare interoperability expertise with strong software engineering fundamentals. You'll design integration solutions using standards like HL7 v2, FHIR, CDA/CCDA,



and X12/EDI, working with engines such as Rhapsody, Mirth Connect, Cloverleaf, or Corepoint. Beyond implementation, you'll set technical direction, improve platform reliability, mentor engineers, and partner closely with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success to build systems that are secure, scalable, and built to last — processing large volumes of healthcare transactions without compromising on compliance.
