Ranjan Jewellers is one of the trusted and premium Jewellery stores in Patna. We specialize in high-quality Jewellery and excellent customer service. We are looking for 2 energetic and confident telecallers to join our team and help us grow our customer base
Job Responsibilities:
Call existing and potential customers to inform them about our latest Jewellery collections, special offers, and ongoing sales.
Handle customers politely and actively invite them to visit the Ranjan Jewellers store.
Accurately answer customer queries and resolve their questions.
Maintain a daily record of calls and update the customer database.
Conduct promotional calling campaigns during festival and wedding seasons.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and local languages,
with a pleasant and professional phone voice.
Convincing Skills: Strong persuasive abilities to effectively encourage customers to visit the store.
Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or sales is a plus (Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply).
Basic Skills: Proficiency in basic computer operations.
