Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with a robust Accounts & Finance background to support the management team through accurate financial and operational reporting. The incumbent will be responsible for collecting, consolidating, validating, and analysing accounting and project-related data received from various professional teams, including Projects, Procurement, Contracts, Sales, HR, and Accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, compile, verify, and consolidate accounting and operational data from Projects, Procurement, Contracts, Accounts, Sales, HR, and other functional departments.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure timely submission of project and financial information.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports for senior management.




- Prepare project-wise financial reports, including project costs, budget utilisation, expenditure, billing, collections, profitability, and cash flow analysis.
- Monitor project progress against approved budgets and timelines and report variances with appropriate analysis.
- Consolidate project status reports, procurement updates, contract progress, material consumption, and financial performance into comprehensive management dashboards.
- Prepare periodic management reports highlighting project progress, financial performance, operational efficiency, pending activities, and key business metrics.
- Assist the Accounts & Finance department in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting.
- Monitor project-wise receivables, payables, purchase commitments, and expenditure in coordination with the Finance team.
