Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating fuel sales, managing commercial and corporate customers, handling inquiries, preparing quotations, maintaining customer records, coordinating deliveries, and supporting the sales team to achieve business targets. The role also involves ensuring smooth communication between customers, operations, and management.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from retail, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Coordinate fuel orders and ensure timely delivery with operations.
- Maintain customer database and update the CRM regularly.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with transport and dispatch teams for fuel deliveries.
- Follow up with customers for new orders, payments, and outstanding dues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.




- Monitor sales targets and assist the Sales Manager in achieving business goals.
- Coordinate with oil companies and vendors regarding product availability.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of contracts, agreements, and customer correspondence.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to increase fuel sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service,.
- Experience in fuel stations, lubricants, petroleum, logistics, or industrial sales will be preferred.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP/CRM software.
- Ability to prepare quotation
