Job Title: = Senior Manager - Retail F&B; Operations

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operations of multiple F&B; retail outlets.
- Drive sales, profitability, and overall business performance while ensuring achievement of revenue targets.
- Own and manage P&L;, budgeting, cost control, and financial performance.
- Ensure consistent implementation of operational SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop large cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence.
- Monitor productivity, inventory, wastage, shrinkage, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Manage franchise operations and ensure compliance with brand standards, where applicable.
- Strengthen customer experience by maintaining high service standards and resolving customer concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, HR, marketing, and other support functions to ensure seamless operations.
- Drive new outlet openings, business expansion initiatives, and operational transitions.
- Build strong relationships with landlords,



airport authorities, mall management, franchise partners, and other external stakeholders.
- Analyze business performance through MIS, KPIs, and operational reports, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related discipline. MBA is preferred.
- 12-20 years of experience in Retail F&B; Operations.
- Proven experience managing multiple outlets in airports, food courts, malls, QSR chains, cafés, or branded restaurant formats.
- Solid exposure to multi-unit retail operations and franchise management.
- Demonstrated experience in P&L; management, budgeting, business planning, and cost optimization.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent business acumen, analytical ability, and decision-making skills.
