Navin Group is hiring an experienced MIS Executive for our Tumb, Gujarat location.

If you have a strong background in MIS, Advanced Excel, Reporting, and Process Automation, along with experience in the CFS/Logistics industry, we'd like to hear from you.

Job Details
- Position: MIS Executive
- Location: Vapi, Gujarat
- Experience:Minimum 2 years (mandatory):
- Industry Preference: CFS / Logistics (mandatory)
- Languages: English, Hindi & Gujarati

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain large volumes of operational/site data with high accuracy.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Create energetic dashboards using Advanced Excel.
- Ensure data validation, integrity, and consistency across reports.
- Automate repetitive reports and workflows using Excel Macros and AI/Process Automation tools.




- Coordinate with operations and site teams for timely data collection and reporting.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions.

Required Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas; Macros preferred)
- Dashboard Creation & MIS Reporting
- Bulk Data Management
- Data Validation & Analysis
- AI / Process Automation Tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the CFS / Logistics industry (mandatory)

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant MIS experience is mandatory.:

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
