We are looking for a dynamic Manager - Business Development & Client Relations to join our PMC (Project Management Consultancy) - Industries Vertical. This is a client-facing role focused on acquiring and managing high-value accounts across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients for PMC services
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of business opportunities
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and capability presentations
- Manage key client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
- Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams for smooth execution
- Track market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
- Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and forums
- Maintain CRM records, MIS, and BD reports

Experience & Background
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Development / Client Relations
- Exposure to PMC, real estate, construction, EPC,



or allied industries preferred
- Ability to independently manage senior client relationships
- Existing network with developers, corporates, or institutional clients is a plus

Skills Required:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Commercial and consultative selling approach
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and organized
- Comfortable handling multiple stakeholders and mandates

Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel pan-India
- Languages: English & Hindi (Marathi comprehension preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
