Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts department.

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.

Prepare and review Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, and MIS reports.

Develop financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.

Accounting & Financial Reporting

Ensure accurate accounting as per applicable Accounting Standards/Ind AS.

Review general ledger, reconciliations, provisions, and financial statements.

Ensure timely preparation of annual reports and financial disclosures.

Taxation & Compliance

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.

Lead tax planning and assessments.

Coordinate with tax consultants and government authorities.

Manage statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits.

Audit & Internal Controls





Strengthen internal financial controls and risk management systems.

Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Ensure timely closure of audit observations and compliance.

Banking & Treasury

Manage banking relationships and fund requirements.

Handle working capital management, loan documentation, and banking facilities.

Monitor cash flow and optimize fund utilization.

Budgeting & Cost Control

Prepare annual operating budgets and financial forecasts.

Monitor budget variances and recommend corrective actions.

Drive cost optimization initiatives across departments.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team.

Allocate responsibilities and ensure high team performance.

Coordinate with cross-functional departments for smooth financial operations.

Business Support

Provide financial analysis for strategic decision-making.
