The Education Counsellor (Sales) / Career Development Advisor plays a pivotal role in guiding prospective learners through their academic journey. The advisor is responsible for driving enrolments, nurturing leads, and delivering a high-quality advisory experience that supports both student success and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide transparent, accurate, and personalized guidance on available programs, course structures, and career outcomes.
- Support applicants through the entire enrolment process, from initial inquiry to final registration.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead conversion.
- Maintain detailed records of student interactions, follow-ups, and status updates using CRM tools.
- Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends to refine outreach strategies and stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, Business, or Marketing preferred).
