This role will require you to: -Be customer-obsessed and build trust through your conversations -Champion opportunities to consistently improve the Angara experience -Drive customer retention, reduce churn, and increase customer satisfaction -Offer product options, alternatives, customizations to achieve sales goals -Build customer loyalty for all present and future purchases -Be the voice of the customer and share solutions that will improve our experience -Test current strategies and drive customer value -Be a team player and collaborate with support teams to address customer call outs -Innovate on the customer's behalf to improve our products & services Qualifications -4-5 years of overall customer support & sales experience -2-4 years of experience with retail & online jewelry brands, luxury/auto brands & international banking/financial HNI -Jewelry education/certification will be preferred

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
