Experience:1-3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Manager, customer support, sales coordination, or client servicing. Experience in the solar industry will be an added advantage.

Qualification:Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA preferred).

Role Overview

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide timely updates on project progress.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a positive customer experience.

CRM Management
- Maintain accurate customer records and update all interactions in the company's CRM software.
- Track project milestones, customer follow-ups, and pending activities.
- Ensure customer data is complete, accurate, and up to date.

Customer Support & Coordination
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.




- Coordinate with sales, technical, project, liaison, and accounts teams for timely issue resolution.
- Ensure smooth coordination from project confirmation to final handover.

After-Sales Support
- Follow up with customers after project completion to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate service requests, warranty claims, and maintenance requirements.
- Collect customer feedback and work towards improving service quality.

Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain records of complaints and resolutions.
- Support management with customer analytics and performance reports.
