We are looking for a smart, confident, well-spoken and customer-friendly Sales Executive to join our women’s rental boutique.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the boutique.
- Understand customers’ requirements, preferences and budgets.
- Recommend suitable outfits and styling options.
- Handle outfit trials, fittings and customer queries.
- Explain rental prices, security deposits, rental periods and boutique policies.
- Manage bookings, returns and basic customer records.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain the boutique’s display, cleanliness and overall presentation.
- Coordinate with the team regarding alterations, fittings, pickups and returns.
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Handle basic sales and cash/payment-related responsibilities when required.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and a professional appearance.




- Confident in speaking with customers and closing sales.
- Interest in fashion, styling and women’s clothing.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram/WhatsApp is a plus.
- Previous experience in fashion retail, boutiques, bridal stores or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be punctual, responsible and comfortable working in a customer-facing role.
