We’re looking for energetic, outgoing individuals who enjoy meeting people and want hands-on experience building a consumer brand from the ground up.

As a Field Growth Executive, you’ll represent Saatva Protein Bars across gyms, sports clubs, fitness communities, residential societies, and local events. Your role is to introduce people to the product through sampling, engage with potential customers, and generate direct sales while building strong relationships with trainers, gym owners, and fitness enthusiasts.

Responsibilities

Visit assigned gyms, fitness studios, sports clubs, and community events across Ahmedabad.

Conduct product sampling and educate customers about Saatva Protein Bars.

Generate direct sales through on-ground interactions.

Build relationships with gym owners, trainers, and fitness professionals.

Collect customer feedback and share market insights.

Capture photos and videos during activations for social media and marketing.





Submit a simple daily report of visits, samples distributed, and sales generated.

Who We’re Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident speaking to recent people.

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

Interest in fitness, nutrition, or consumer brands is a plus.

Own two-wheeler preferred but not mandatory.

Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
