About the Role

Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)
- Telecom Civil & Tower Experience: Proven background in managing telecom site civil execution, tower foundation work, tower erection (RTT/GBT), shelter/DG foundation, and site layout preparation.
- Active Vendor Network: Solid existing network of local civil contractors, manpower vendors, labor crews, and local equipment suppliers across Jammu & Kashmir.
- Location: Must be a permanent resident of or currently based in Jammu, capable of managing local ground challenges and traveling to field sites across J&K.;

Key Responsibilities
- Civil Execution & Supervision: Coordinate daily telecom civil construction activities, including soil testing, site excavation, concrete pouring, tower foundation curing, and tower erection.
- Vendor & Sub-Contractor Management: Onboard, deploy,



and supervise local civil and erection vendors; track daily site progress, material usage, and milestone completion.
- Site Deployment & SLA Tracking: Ensure projects progress according to site-wise target dates, technical specifications, and quality audit standards mandated by telecom operators/IP-1 providers.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure civil foundations pass structural quality checks and field teams follow strict EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) guidelines during tower erection.
- Local Liaisoning & NOC Coordination: Handle local municipal/gram panchayat permissions, power connection coordination, and ground-level site issues to prevent work stoppages.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain site progress tracker (WIP), verify vendor bills against physical site progress, and submit final handover/as-built documentation.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Elect
