What You’ll Do:
- Use Sprinklr’s design system, product patterns, and AI-first tools to create clear design explorations for assigned enterprise workflows. Partner with senior and principal designers to understand user needs,



explore interaction options, and translate direction into well-structured user journeys.- Build robust working relationships with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and other cross-functional partners. Clarify requirements, gather feedback, ask thoughtful questions, and respond to implementation details or design issues with support from senior design partners when needed.
- Support user research and user experience activities, including client interviews, usability testing, workflow reviews, and observation of users on the platform. Help capture findings and connect research insights to design decisions, including opportunities for AI assistance, automation, user control, and human oversight.
- Collaborate with senior and principal designers throughout the design process, gather input, and align on a clear design direction. Be open to feedback and critique, and communicate design decisions clearly to Product Ma
