About the Role

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Content Creator who can take ownership of the entire content production process, from ideation and scripting to shooting. This role is ideal for someone who understands content strategy, audience psychology, and platform-specific best practices, while also being comfortable behind the camera and in the editing suite.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy, Ideation & Scripting
- Create engaging short-form content concepts and scripts for: Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Founder-led videos, Product explainer videos, Podcasts and interview-based content
- Simplify complex topics into explicit, engaging, and easy-to-understand stories.
- Develop content using strong hooks, storytelling frameworks, case studies, POV-based formats, and educational insights.
- Generate content ideas that align with business goals, audience interests, and brand positioning.

2. Video Presentation (mandatory)
- Prior experience in presenting videos for social media platforms is mandatory.




- Confidently present and host videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, product explainer videos, and educational content.
- Deliver scripts naturally with robust communication, confidence, and an engaging on-camera presence.
- Adapt presentation style based on the target audience and content objectives.
- Maintain a professional appearance, voice modulation, and body language that aligns with the brand image.

3. Video Production
- Plan and execute video shoots independently.
- Set up and manage studio environments, including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Ensure high-quality framing, composition, lighting, and sound during production.
- Coordinate content production from pre-production through final delivery.

4.Video Production & Editing Knowledge
- Understand the fundamentals of video editing, pacing, storytelling, and retention-driven content.
