Job Description IT Executive/ Sr. Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Networking Management:
Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, Internet links, switches, routers, firewalls, and access points

Troubleshoot network issues and coordinate with ISPs/vendors
- IT Operations:
Support and maintain CCTV, Access Control Systems, Video Conferencing solutions, Printers, and other IT infrastructure

Monitor uptime and ensure smooth IT operations
- Desktop Support:
Manage hardware/software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Domain & Cloud Administration

Manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Google Workspace services

Assist in managing domains and DNS records with hosting providers

Qualifications & skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in IT support role
- Preferred Certifications - CCNA, Microsoft 365 Certification
- Strong understanding of Networking concepts including CP/IP, Switching, Routing, Wi-Fi
- Knowledge of Firewall & Security Fundamentals




- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365
- Proficiency in Windows Desktop Support, troubleshooting
- Positive communication skills and ability to manage multiple support requests and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.

Location - Delhi NCR

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
