Job Description - Assistant Manager - Stores

Company: Diamond Pipe Support Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Khed Industrial Park, Rajgurunagar, Pune
Experience: 5-8 Years | Department: Stores

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, material receipt, issue, and stock control.
- Ensure timely GRN, material inward, and invoice documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory in SAP B1 and ensure physical stock matches SAP.
- Monitor raw material, WIP, finished goods, packing material, and job-work stock.
- Track material sent to and received from outside job workers.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QC, Accounts, and Dispatch.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.




- Prepare daily/weekly stores and inventory reports.
- Lead and supervise the stores team and ensure proper housekeeping and discipline.

Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing stores.
- Positive knowledge of SAP B1 and MS Excel.
- Strong inventory management, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Key KPI: Inventory accuracy, timely GRN, zero stock discrepancies, and 100% material traceability.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
