Key job responsibilities
Review SOP and onboard new projects
Train a team of editors and continuously audit their work and provide feedback for improvement
Dive deep in new audits and provide valid inferences
Share details inferences to stakeholders

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Linguistics, or a related field
- Experience in editing, copy-editing, and proofreading
- Experience managing content projects of varying complexity, conducting content review and overseeing localization
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- 2+ years of technical writer, editor, or content strategist experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in English, communications, technical writing, or a related field, or comparable job experience




- Experience with the full range of research methods: qualitative and quantitative, attitudinal and behavioral, with deep expertise in one or more areas
- Experience with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace
- Experience working with operations and business teams to communicate problem impacts and understand business requirements
- Talented creative writers, translators, with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent field to help train generative artificial intelligence models to become better writers
