Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential leads.
- Understand customer needs and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture leads.
- Update lead status and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and market awareness.
- Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships.
Key Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in presales, telecalling, or customer service (real estate preferred).
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet lead conversion targets.
- Positive attitude, persuasive approach, and willingness to learn.
