About S L Graham and Company: S L Graham and Company is an engineering company with a team of approximately 30 employees and workers, engaged in the design, manufacture and execution of industrial furnace solutions.

We are looking for a Design & Site Engineer - Industrial Furnaces to join our team. The role combines engineering drawing and design with hands-on site execution and project coordination across India.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop mechanical and electrical engineering drawings for industrial furnace projects.
- Translate project requirements into practical engineering designs and drawings.
- Support the design and detailing of furnace systems and associated components.
- Work closely with the engineering, fabrication and site teams to ensure drawings are accurate and practical for execution.




- Visit customer and project sites across India, approximately 10-12 days per month.
- Coordinate and support site installation, commissioning and project execution.
- Manage day-to-day site activities and coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors and customers as required.
- Identify and resolve technical and execution-related issues at site.
- Understand project requirements and ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications and timelines.
- Make modifications to drawings and designs based on site requirements and project developments.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to the management team. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma in Engineering - Mechanical / Electrical or a relevant engineering discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience.
