About Pixobox

Pixobox Art Studio is a creative production studio delivering branding, graphic design, UI/UX, website design, video editing, motion graphics and AI-driven content. We work with brands across India and internationally. We're now hiring a Business Development Manager to own our client acquisition end-to-end.

This is not a generic sales role. You will be selling creative services, so you must be able to speak the language of design — understand a brief, judge whether our portfolio fits a prospect's need, and pitch the right service package with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation & outreach_
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build targeted prospect lists by industry, geography and role
- Handle inbound enquiries from our website, social channels and referrals, and convert them into qualified calls
- Freelance & marketplace platforms_
- Use Behance to identify prospects,



showcase our portfolio and generate inbound project enquiries
- Track platform performance and improve win rates over time
- Sales process & closing_
- Run discovery calls to understand client requirements for graphics, motion graphics, video editing, web design and branding projects
- Prepare proposals, quotations and scope documents in coordination with the design team
- Negotiate pricing and timelines, close deals, and hand over briefs cleanly to production
- Maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and upsells
- CRM & reporting_
- Maintain all leads, follow-ups, pipeline stages and conversions in a CRM
- Work in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar) for tracking, reporting and proposals
- Report weekly on pipeline health, conversion rates and revenue targets

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years minimum in B2B sales or business development, preferably at a design agency, creative stud
