Responsibilities:
- Follow up with clients on aged invoices to make sure they are paid in a timely manner
- Support to create accurate DSO (Days to Bill are managed / improved)
- Working knowledge of Oracle / HighRadius / AR package
- Timely submission of Credit & Debit Note requests for clients
- Prepare / follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)



for all the processes along with process maps
- Acting as a point person to the clients and manage / duplicate payments
- Creation of customer accounts / write customer
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving skills
- Effective, accurate and error free invoices and has experience of handling end to end invoicing needs
- Demonstrated initiative, ownership and accountability and solid understanding of process activities
- Highly management skills, to handle multiples, process mapping and methodology
- Maintain high level of accuracy and Turn Around time for all transactions
- To create complete, timely and accurate flow of invoicing and communication to optimize downstream, operational effectiveness and cash flow
- Generate innovative ideas. Operate effectively in a fast-changing environment. Embrace change
- Reporting customer aging reports
