Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Purchase Operations:
- Execute purchase activities for automobile/EV components, raw materials, and consumables as per production requirements.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) in accordance with company procurement policies.
- Manage RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes and compare vendor quotations.
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve competitive pricing, quality compliance, and timely delivery.

Vendor Coordination & Management:
- Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Coordinate with vendors for order confirmations, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
- Assist in vendor identification, evaluation, and development.
- Monitor vendor performance regarding quality, cost, and delivery timelines.

Supply Chain & Inventory Support:
- Coordinate with production, stores, and planning teams to ensure material availability.
- Track purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder requirements to prevent stock shortages.




- Support inventory optimisation to reduce excess stock and procurement delays.

Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase documentation, and vendor data.
- Ensure compliance with OEM procurement standards and internal policies.
- Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment follow-ups.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of automobile/EV components and manufacturing procurement
- Strong vendor negotiation and coordination skills
- Understanding of RFQ, purchase orders, and procurement processes
- Experience working with ERP systems for procurement
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation management
- Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
