About the Role

You will create social media content that communicates CFAL’s student achievements, classroom culture, STEM learning approach, Olympiad success stories, events, programs, and educational insights.

Your work will appear across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.

We are looking for someone who can combine solid design sense with speed, consistency, creativity, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality graphics, posters, carousels, social media layouts, and campaign visuals.

Design content that engages parents, students, educators, and the wider learning community.

Edit and format short-form videos for Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other vertical video platforms.

Create content around student achievements, classroom activities, STEM concepts, events, and academic milestones.

Maintain CFAL’s visual identity across all platforms using clean layouts, consistent typography, and strong design standards.

Build reusable templates for social media posts, carousels, announcements, and campaigns.





Use AI tools to improve design workflows, generate ideas, create variations, and speed up content production.

Work closely with the leadership and academic teams to turn complex educational ideas into clear, attractive, and engaging content.

Ensure content is accurate, polished, brand-appropriate, and delivered on time.

Skills and Requirements

Strong design sense with a good understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.

Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, or Figma.

Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar platforms.

Ability to create social media content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.

Ability to work on multiple content pieces and deadlines.

Interest in education, STEM, student success stories, and meaningful content.
