Position: Senior System Administrator

Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure AD.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity problems.

Manage user accounts, permissions, security groups, and access controls.

Configure and maintain Windows servers, workstations, and Active Directory environments.

Monitor system performance, security, backups, and infrastructure health.

Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and timely issue resolution.

Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including account provisioning and device setup.

Implement security best practices, patch management, and endpoint protection policies.

Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders for escalated technical issues.

Maintain technical documentation, SOPs,



and knowledge base articles.

Participate in infrastructure improvement and automation initiatives.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration

Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)

Exchange Online Administration

Microsoft Teams Administration

SharePoint Online & OneDrive Management

Windows Server Administration

Active Directory & Group Policy

Endpoint Management (Intune preferred)

Network Troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP)

Backup and Disaster Recovery Processes

Security & Compliance Management

Soft Skills

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities

Ability to work independently during night shifts

Robust documentation and reporting skills

Qualifications
