We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and passionate Pedagogy Coordinator to join our team in Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, or Gurugram. This is a full-time, office-based role for professionals who are enthusiastic about education, training, and creating impactful learning experiences and open to travel PAN India.

Work Location: Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the implementation of training and learning programs.

Deliver engaging presentations and facilitate training sessions with confidence and clarity.

Ensure training content and learning materials are accurate, relevant, and tailored to the target audience.

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.

Monitor training effectiveness, collect feedback, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain program documentation, reports, and records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Support the development and enhancement of learning content, training resources, and delivery methodologies.





Actively involves in trainer sourcing and capacity building

Requirements:
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to engage diverse audiences and facilitate learning effectively.

Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Robust proficiency in MS PowerPoint and the ability to create impactful presentations.

Prior experience in Education, Training, Learning & Development, or Skill Development is preferred.

Proficiency in Hindi & English is MUST.

Willingness to travel extensively across India to support training programs and project implementation at various locations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
