About the Role

GOEEN Electric Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head with a strong background in the two-wheeler automobile or electric vehicle industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies for PAN INDIA and assigned zones.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Identify recent business opportunities and untapped markets.
- Increase market penetration and overall sales volume.
- Develop plans for both urban and semi-urban markets.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective action whenever required.

PAN INDIA Market Management
- Take complete ownership of sales performance across PAN INDIA.
- Develop district-wise and territory-wise sales plans.
- Identify potential markets and appoint suitable dealers/distributors.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key business partners.

Zonal Sales Management
- Manage and monitor sales performance across assigned zones.




- Set targets for Zonal/Regional/Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers.
- Review zone-wise performance against targets.
- Ensure proper market coverage and sales team productivity.
- Conduct regular zonal review meetings and provide strategic guidance.

Dealer & Channel Management
- Expand and strengthen the dealership and distribution network.
- Identify prospective dealers and support the onboarding process.
- Ensure existing dealers are active and achieving their targets.
- Improve dealer productivity, retail sales, and customer conversion.
- Resolve dealer-related commercial and operational issues in coordination with management.

Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and manage the complete sales team.
- Set clear KPIs and targets for team members.
- Monitor individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and sales meetings.
- Train and mentor the sales team to improve
