Financial & Payment Processing
- Process tuition, fees, parking permits, housing charges, library fines, and other student payments via cash, checks, credit cards, and digital payment portals.
- Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring daily receipts reconcile accurately with system transaction reports.
- Verify student credit balances and refund eligibility, assisting with refund disbursements, checks, and account credits.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and follow institutional cash-handling and financial-control procedures.

Student & Campus Services
- Provide skilled customer service to students, faculty, staff, and parents regarding account balances, payment deadlines, billing procedures, and financial policies.




- Assist students with registration-related account issues and coordinate with Financial Aid and Student Services to resolve holds and outstanding balances during registration periods.
- Enter and maintain transaction data accurately in institutional accounting and student information systems.
- Update student billing records and account information while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies, account questions, and billing concerns in a timely and customer-focused manner.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
