We’re looking for a warm, polished and highly organised Bridal Client Coordinator to handle enquiries and guide brides through the booking process.
You’ll speak with brides over WhatsApp and calls, understand their requirements, explain pricing and process, follow up with warm leads, coordinate bookings/payments, and escalate design-related questions to Shweta when required.
This is not a design role. You should be confident speaking with premium clients, excellent at follow-up, and able to communicate clearly without sounding pushy.
Robust English and Hindi communication, responsiveness and reliability are essential. Experience in bridal, fashion, luxury retail, hospitality, beauty or client servicing is a plus.
Part-time | Kolkata/Remote | Immediate joining preferred
