Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D character animations for children's animated videos and series.
- Animate expressive body movements, facial performances, and lip-sync that align with the project's creative vision.
- Interpret storyboards, animatics, and director feedback to produce compelling performances.
- Collaborate with modeling, rigging, lighting, and compositing teams throughout production.
- Maintain consistency in character performance and animation style across multiple episodes and projects.
- Review your work for quality, technical accuracy, and continuity before submission.
- Help solve animation and rigging challenges in collaboration with technical artists.
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining high creative and technical standards.
- Contribute ideas that enhance storytelling, character appeal, and overall production quality.

Required Qualifications
- 4-7+ years of professional experience in 3D character animation.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating stylized character animation and acting skills.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Maya, Blender,



or other qualified 3D animation software.
- Excellent understanding of animation principles, body mechanics, timing, spacing, and weight.
- Strong facial animation and lip-sync skills.
- Experience working in a collaborative production pipeline.
- Ability to interpret creative direction and implement feedback efficiently.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating animation for children's content, YouTube channels, TV series, or streaming platforms.
- Knowledge of animation pipelines and production workflows.
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine or Unity animation workflows.
- Basic understanding of character rigging and constraints.
- Experience with Python or MEL scripting is a plus.
