About the Role

The Computer Trainer will be responsible for delivering computer and digital literacy training to students and youth. The role involves conducting practical and classroom-based sessions, monitoring learner progress, maintaining training records, and ensuring effective implementation of the training curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct practical sessions and provide hands-on learning support
- Prepare lesson plans and training schedules as per the curriculum
- Assess learners through assignments, practical exercises, and evaluations
- Maintain attendance records, assessment reports, and training documentation
- Monitor student progress and provide guidance to improve learning outcomes
- Coordinate with the project team for training schedules, reporting, and centre activities




- Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of computer lab equipment and resources
- Support placement readiness by strengthening participants' digital and workplace skills
- Submit regular progress reports and MIS updates to the reporting manager

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science), B.Tech, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in computer training or teaching
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and good training skills may also apply
- Relevant computer certifications will be an added advantage

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent training, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to conduct practical and interactive learning sessions
- Basic documentation and reporting skills
- Good classroom management and learner engagement skills
- Willingness to travel within the assi
