We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive with strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition. The role is predominantly focused on recruitment (approximately 80%) and requires hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across various levels. The remaining 20% of the role involves supporting general HR activities as required.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (80%)
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across locations.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Manage offer roll-out, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Meet hiring timelines and recruitment targets while ensuring quality hires.
- Prepare and share recruitment MIS and hiring status reports.
General HR (20%)
- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in HR operations, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives as assigned.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition is mandatory.:
- Strong hands-on experience using recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter/LinkedIn, and social networking platforms.
- Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and recruitment tracking systems.
