*Job Responsibilities:*
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Follow up on inquiries and leads generated through campaigns or walk-ins.
- Clearly explain course offerings, perks, and career opportunities to students.




- Schedule counseling appointments and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate call records, reports, and CRM entries.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion.

*Key Skills & Competencies:*
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Bengali.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, internet usage).
- A proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle pressure and deliver results within deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
