Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the accounts department.
- Prepare and review financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Monitor and manage company cash flow, banking, and treasury functions.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process.
- Manage inventory accounting (especially for manufacturing units).
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance.
- Work closely with the procurement and sales departments for cost tracking and profitability analysis.
- Implement internal controls and ensure their effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor a team of accountants and finance executives.
- Experience with inventory and cost accounting in a manufacturing setup.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
