Job Title:ERP Sales Executive - ERP Software
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (On-site or planning to relocate)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities for ERP solutions:
- Conduct market research and build a qualified sales pipeline
- Engage with decision-makers to understand operational challenges and propose tailored ERP solutions
- Deliver product presentations and live demonstrations
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals
- Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams for solution mapping
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain strong client relationships for upselling and cross-selling
- Monitor competitor offerings and market trends
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B ERP/software/product sales
- Strong understanding of ERP platforms such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics,



or Zoho:
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-driven with a consistent track record of achieving sales goals
- Willingness to travel as needed
