- Call donors and supporters to secure funding for programs like the Old Age Pension and Food Temple drives.
- Explain the foundation's core vision, community impacts, and active social campaigns clearly over the phone.
- Maintain accurate donor records, track transaction histories, and update calling lists using MS Excel.
- Coordinate directly with the broader outreach team to share donor feedback and strategic responses.

Requirements:
- Education: 10th pass, 12th pass, or any Graduate degree.




- Experience: Freshers are welcome, or up to 2 years of telesales/telecalling experience.
- Languages: High fluency in spoken Tamil and conversational English.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills with standard proficiency in MS Excel.
- Core Traits: Humble, enthusiastic, patient, and highly motivated to work for social change.

Salary & Work Setting
- Salary: ₹13,000 to ₹16,500 fixed per month (depending on experience).
