About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who is confident in communication, comfortable with sales targets, and passionate about acquiring new clients.

Freshers with strong communication and a sales-oriented mindset can also apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships for repeat business and long-term retention.




- Coordinate with the internal operations team to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Handle client queries, negotiations, and commercial discussions professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and client interactions using Excel/CRM tools.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall revenue growth.
