Position: Sales Coordinator

Location: Corporate Office - New Delhi

Role Overview:
The Sales Coordinator will support the Corporate Sales team in managing client relationships, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication between hotels and the corporate office. This role is critical in driving efficiency, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting revenue generation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Corporate Sales team in daily administrative and operational tasks
- Coordinate with property-level sales teams for rate loading, proposals, and follow-ups
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, sales trackers, and performance dashboards
- Handle client queries, prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations
- Maintain and update client databases (CRM) with accurate information
- Coordinate for RFPs, tenders, and corporate agreements
- Ensure timely follow-ups on leads, conversions, and pending proposals
- Support in organizing sales visits, client meetings, and corporate events




- Liaise with internal departments (Revenue, Reservations, Operations) for smooth execution
- Track competitor activity and market trends for reporting purposes

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with good analytical skills

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in hotel sales / corporate sales workplace
- Familiarity with PMS systems and sales software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
