Qualification:Any Graduate
Experience:5 - 7 Years
Salary:Up to 8.4 LPA
Location: PRABHADEVI, Mumbai
Note: Should be from Interiors Only
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle BOQ, estimation, commercial costing, and tendering for interior projects.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and cost sheets.:
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations and pricing.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and tender documents.
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial interior projects mandatory.:
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, costing, and tendering.:
- Valuable command of Excel and AutoCAD.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
