About the Role:
Gajkesari Tattva is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Field Sales Executive. You will be the face of our brand in Indore, responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, and closing deals for our construction projects, real estate properties, and modular kitchens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and aggressively drive sales across all three verticals.
- Conduct regular site visits and client meetings throughout Indore.
- Promote our brand and build solid relationships with prospective clients.

Requirements:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.




- Must have your own vehicle for field work and site visits.
- Self-starter with a hunger for closing deals.

Compensation & Benefits (Please Read Carefully):
- 100% Commission-Based: There is no fixed base salary for this role. You will earn highly attractive, performance-based incentives for every single sale or deal you successfully close.
- Petrol Allowance: We provide a dedicated petrol allowance to cover your travel expenses for site visits within Indore.
- Earning Potential: Unlimited—your income is directly tied to your sales performance

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per week
