Plan and Prepare: Create event timelines, manage the budget, and organize event logistics (like seating and food).
- Find Venues and Vendors: Search for the right location, negotiate prices, and book services like food and decorations.
- Manage Staff: Hire and give instructions to event staff, waiters, and security teams.
- Run the Event: On event day, make sure everything is set up. Solve any problems quickly so the event stays on schedule.
