- Primary Responsibilities:
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L; reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Analyze financial performance, identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
- Partner with business, operations, and functional leaders to support strategic decision-making and drive financial accountability
- Lead variance analysis, financial modeling,



and scenario planning to improve business performance and profitability
- Prepare and present management reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations for senior stakeholders
- Utilize advanced Excel and Essbase/SmartView to perform financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting
- Drive process improvements, reporting automation, and data quality initiatives
- Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and provide guidance to junior team members as needed
- Demonstrate agility in managing ad hoc requests, executive analyses, and high-priority business initiatives while balancing regular FP&A; deliverables
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alter
