About the Role

The Ovian Studios is looking for a Client Relations & Operation Manager who can represent our studio professionally, manage client communication, oversee our social media presence, and support the day-to-day coordination of the business.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, confident in communication, responsible, and has a good understanding of social media and the wedding industry.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relations
- Handle enquiries through Instagram, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other platforms.
- Respond to potential clients professionally and promptly.
- Understand client requirements and explain our photography and cinematography services.
- Schedule client calls, meetings, and consultations.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain client information, enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with clients before, during, and after projects.




- Build strong and professional relationships with clients.

Studio Operations
- Coordinate daily studio activities and schedules.
- Coordinate between clients, photographers, cinematographers, editors, and freelancers.
- Maintain project timelines and follow up on pending work.
- Assist in organising shoots and client meetings.
- Maintain basic records of projects, leads, payments, and deliverables.
- Follow up with team members regarding deadlines and responsibilities.
- Assist the founder with day-to-day operational tasks.

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Instagram and social media platforms.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable communicating with premium/wedding clients.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up consistently.
- Valuable understanding of content creation and social media trends.
