Gini Advanced Care Hospital is an NABH-accredited multi-specialty hospital in Mohali, with IPD, ICU, OT, diagnostics, pharmacy and 24/7 hospital capabilities.

We have built a strong base in diabetes, endocrinology and complex medical care, anchored by some of the region's most respected clinicians. We are now entering our next phase: expanding specialties, building a solid physician network across the Tricity, increasing ICU/IPD and surgical volumes, and expanding into multiple hospital locations.

Our ambition is to build one of the region's most connected healthcare networks—combining hospitals, community physicians, outcome-focused care programs and technology.

The Role

We are hiring a Head of Growth to own hospital growth end to end. Your initial mandate is clear:
- Grow Gini's revenue by 50%+ over the next 12 months while building a sustainable, profitable engine for IPD, ICU and surgical growth.

This is not a traditional hospital marketing role. We are looking for someone who can identify where profitable patient volumes can come from,



build the relationships and channels required to capture them, and measure the economics all the way from referral to admission to revenue.

You will start hands-on and build a growth team as results come.

What You Will Own

1. Physician & Referral Network
- Map and build relationships with physicians, specialists, clinics and nursing homes across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and surrounding districts
- Identify doctors and specialties capable of generating meaningful IPD, ICU and procedural volumes
- Build mutually valuable clinical relationships with specialists in medicine, critical care, neurology, pulmonology, surgery and other priority areas
- Develop structured physician engagement, CME and clinical programs with Gini's senior specialists
- Help build Gini's broader physician network using our care programs and technology as genuine value-adds for participating doctors
- Track each channel from relationship → refer
