Job description:
Chakra E-Trans Pvt. Ltd. is pioneering Company in the field of managing Electric BusOperations of Public Transport System (Govt. Projects). Company is having Pan India presence with Manpower strength of 1400+ employees. Head Office is situated at Nerul and have business set up in various states such as Maharashtra, Gujarat, Delhi, Haryana, Kerela,Odisha, Telangana.

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring smooth Day-to-Day fleet operations and optimal fleet routes to ensure non disruptive service
- Prepare and supervise daily vehicle deployment schedule, Driver allocation and ensure strict adherence to the Trip start time.
- Properly plan and ensure regular & timely vehicle charging and cleaning schedule.
- Supervising and guiding team of Route Supervisors, Charging staff, Drivers and all other support staff.
- Take regular ‘follow up report’ regarding vehicle cleanliness, charging status, trip logs, trip time adherence, trip route adherence and other necessary feedback to ensure smooth fleet operation.




- Maintain record of all the documents submitted by the staff while joining the depot operations.
- Keep an up-to-date record of depot maintenance, fire safety provisions, vehicle status, drivers' fitness status, drivers' training needs, etc.
- Preparing Daily / weekly reports, submitting the same to the Depot Manager / Depot MIS..
- Proactive in directing subordinate staff for action to be taken in case of bus breakdowns, accidents and other vehicle casualties/ other issues in depot functions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
