Job Summary:
Valasys Media is looking for a performance-driven PPC Specialist to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across B2B digital channels. The role requires hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, LinkedIn Conversation Ads, and Programmatic Ads.

Key Responsibilities-

Hands-on experience in LinkedIn Ads Campaign Setup is Mandatory
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, LinkedIn Conversation Ads, and Programmatic Ads platforms.
- Set up and optimize campaigns for lead generation, website traAic, awareness, retargeting, and account-based marketing objectives.Build audience segments based on firmographics, job titles, industries, geographies, company size, and ABM account lists.
- Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to ensure ad creatives, messaging,



and landing pages are aligned with campaign goals.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance across impressions, clicks, CTR, CPL, conversion rates, lead quality, and return on ad spend.
- Optimize bids, budgets, targeting, placements, frequency, and creatives to improve campaign eAiciency.
- Manage LinkedIn Conversation Ads workflows including audience targeting, message sequence logic, CTA structure, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate and support programmatic campaigns including audience planning, display activation, performance analysis, and remarketing strategies.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and share actionable insights, observations, and next-step recommendations.
- Track and maintain lead flow quality in coordination with internal teams and flag performance issues early.
