About the organisation

Navjyoti India Foundation is a not-for-profit society, registered in 1988 by then 16 serving police officers of Delhi Police and conceived by Dr Kiran Bedi, the first Indian woman IPS, and her team of North district police, with the main objective of crime prevention through welfare policing.

Over the last 36 years, we have been working relentlessly to bring about qualitative behavioural change and impact the lives of the underserved in need in the urban esettlement colonies of northwest Delhi and rural areas and peri-urban spaces in Haryana. Our bottom-up approach of inclusive development and self-motivation has touched millions of lives and moved us on to sustainable development through our programs in Child Education, Women Empowerment, Skill Up-gradation for Youth, Community Development, and the Environment.

About Role

Executive & Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Director and leadership team to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives, stakeholder coordination, administrative operations, content creation, and field-level activities. The role requires a blend of executive assistance, project management, communication, and creative storytelling skills.
