Understand client briefs thoroughly and independently develop strategic, insight-driven content plans and social media calendars tailored to brand goals.
- Lead content ideation and copywriting for social media posts across platforms _(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)_ with mínimal supervision.
- Manage Online Reputation _(ORM)_ for assigned brands, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to all consumer interactions.
- Present creative content and campaign ideas confidently to clients, secure necessary approvals, and drive the process to final execution.
- Ensure regular and proactive reporting to clients and internal management on campaign performance and key metrics _(weekly/monthly)_.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, video editors, media buyers, and account teams to ensure on-time and quality content delivery.
- Track competitor activity to identify gaps and opportunities, and propose differentiated content strategies for the brand.
- Monitor category and industry trends consistently,



integrating relevant insights into future content planning and campaign design.
- Conduct daily research across social media platforms _(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter)_ and media/news platforms _(e.g., Inshorts, Google News) _to share platform updates, trend alerts, and content opportunities with the team.
- Plan, prioritize, and track team workload effectively while maintaining quality standards.
- Take ownership of timelines, quality, and output — proactively problem-solve without waiting for escalation or repeated reviews.
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, managing expectations and ensuring smooth execution.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
